Dr. Nidhi Agrawal, MD is a double-board certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Medicine physician. Dr. Agrawal embraces a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosing and treating pain. She specializes primarily in spine and joint related pain before or after surgery but also treats a wide array of other pain conditions including neuropathy, CRPS, pelvic pain, and cancer related pain.
Dr. Agrawal specializes in nonsurgical treatment options for treating pain. She includes physical therapy, medications, interventional procedures (injections, radiofrequency ablation, nerve stimulation), regenerative medicine, and lifestyle modifications to provide personalized care. Dr. Agrawal believes that actively involving and educating patients on their treatment plans is instrumental in helping them meet their individual goals and needs. Dr. Agrawal earned her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University and went on to complete Anesthesiology residency at University of Pennsylvania and Interventional Pain fellowship at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic. During her training she treated a multitude of complex patients from around the world. She is happy to finally return to the DMV area and be closer to family.
