Dr. Nidhi Agrawal specializes in Anesthesiology and Internal Pain Medicine at Town Center Orthopaedics in Ashburn, Centreville, and Reston. Dr. Nidhi Agrawal is double board-certified and embraces a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosing and treating pain. At Town Center Orthopaedics, she specializes primarily in spinal and joint-related pain before and after surgery, but she also treats a wide array of other pain conditions including neuropathy, CRPS, pelvic pain, and cancer-related pain.

Dr. Agrawal specializes in nonsurgical options for treating pain. She includes physical therapy, medications, interventional procedures (injections, radiofrequency ablation, nerve stimulation), regenerative medicine, and lifestyle modifications to provide personalized care. Dr. Agrawal believes that actively involving and educating patients on their treatment plans is instrumental in helping them meet their individual goals and needs. Her primary objective is to control your pain and thus improve your quality of life.

Dr. Agrawal earned her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University and went on to complete an anesthesiology residency at the University of Pennsylvania and an Interventional Pain fellowship at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic. While she treated a multitude of complex cases from around the world during her training, she is happy to finally return to the DMV area and be closer to family.

Dr. Agrawal is involved in clinical research and has been published in several medical journals. This allows her to stay up-to-date with cutting-edge therapies and offer them to her patients. She is excited about newer advances in pain medicine that allow her to better treat the source of pain and restore function to get her patients back to full capacity.
