Erin Kelly, MSOT, OTR/L Occupational Therapist
Erin is a licensed occupational therapist based at the Town Center location in Fairfax. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University in 2016 and went on to receive her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2019. Erin is nationally certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Following graduation, Erin gained valuable clinical experience in a variety of settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, acute care hospitals, workplace ergonomics, and outpatient hand therapy. These diverse experiences helped shape her passion and expertise in treating upper extremity conditions. She takes a patient-centered approach, combining evidence-based techniques with personalized care plans to optimize recovery and restore mobility, strength, and coordination. Erin is particularly passionate about the intricate anatomy and function of the upper limb and enjoys the challenge of guiding patients through complex recoveries with empathy and encouragement.
When she's not at work, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends. She loves traveling, hiking, and being outdoors, and finds that time in nature helps her recharge and stay balanced in her work and life.
