The first line of contact, the front desk staff, immediately acknowledged my arrival, confirmed my appointment. The wait time was less than 15 minutes. The PA gathered information about my surgery site and range of motion, which are very much improved. X-rays were taken on site by the very personable technician.. Dr. Peteder came in very quickly after the X-rays. He reviewed the images and answered all my questions. My experience was very positive. -
