Asmita Ambardekar, PT, BPT Physical Therapist
Asmita Ambardekar is a physical therapist with an interest in orthopaedic rehab to focus on healing and functional strength to correct musculoskeletal limitations and alleviate pain from trauma, illness, or surgery. She prioritizes the needs of every patient in order to get them back to a functional life.
In 2004, she received her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from SNDT University in India. In 2009, she received her Master’s in Medical Genetics from MGM University. She has extensive experience working in outpatient orthopaedics and acute rehab care settings. She is passionate about helping people return to the pre-injury level of function so they can gain independence with mobility to be able to lead and maintain healthy lives. Essentially, Asmita does all she can to ensure each patient will age well.
When Asmita is not working, she loves cooking, gardening, and hiking. She believes spending time in nature is therapeutic and the best healer.
