Chris initially became interested in Physical Therapy after undergoing multiple knee surgeries for sports injuries he suffered in high school and college. His own experiences have given him a great interest in the sports medicine and orthopaedic area, especially in rehabilitating the knee. He takes a biomechanical approach to treating people’s physical problems. He not only focuses on the direct problem, but problems in other areas of the body that could contribute to the initial complaint.
Chris is currently studying for his doctorate in Physical Therapy at the Medical College of Virginia. He is married with a two-year-old son and a 4-month-old daughter. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, exercise, and study the Cambodian language.
