Jensy Barahona Nurse Practitioner
Jensy Barahona, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in upper extremity orthopaedic care. A Northern Virginia native, Jensy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Marymount University.
Jensy joined Town Center Orthopaedics in 2025 and works directly with Dr. Khoshnevisan. She focuses on treating hand, wrist, and elbow injuries and conditions. She provides patient-centered care at the Reston, Fairfax, Centreville, and Ashburn locations. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jensy ensures comprehensive communication and quality care for a diverse patient population.
Before joining Town Center Orthopaedics, Jensy worked as a surgical nurse in Northern Virginia for six years, gaining extensive hands-on experience in perioperative care.
Outside work, Jensy enjoys spending time with her family, reading novels, and relaxing at the beach.
