Julia Kelly Physician Assistant
Julia Kelly is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in orthopaedic spine surgery. She works closely with Dr. Dhruv Pateder to manage patients with various spinal disorders, including neck, arm, back, and leg pain, disc herniations, and stenosis, using both non-surgical and surgical approaches. Additionally, Julia also evaluates, manages, and treats patients in her own clinic as well as via telemedicine.
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Julia is fluent in English and Spanish. She completed her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences at James Madison University before obtaining a master’s in Physician Assistant Studies From Shenandoah University. With a passion for human anatomy and experience in orthopaedic sports medicine, as well as completing an orthopaedic trauma surgery rotation at INOVA Fairfax Hospital, Julia is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care both in clinic and in surgery. She provides care at the Reston, Ashburn, and Centreville locations.
