Sarah Bernstein, MSOT, OTR/L, CHT Occupational Therapist
Sarah Bernstein is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist with credentials through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and Hand Therapy Certification Commission. She received her undergraduate degree from James Madison University in 2014 with a Bachelors in Health Sciences. She spent three months at Town Center as a student during her last clinical rotation of graduate school. She graduated from Shenandoah University in 2016 with her Masters in Occupational Therapy and began working at Town Center Orthopaedics in 2017. She received her CHT credentials in 2022. Sarah specializes in the treatment of upper extremity injuries and conditions both pre-operatively and post-operatively. She has completed speciality courses in custom orthosis fabrication, management of nerve and tendon pain, and post operative tendon repair treatment.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys running and biking. She has competed in several marathons and triathlons including two Ironmans. She is mom to two young boys and has two dogs, Hooch and Xena. Sarah loves traveling, hiking, and is hoping to visit all the National Parks.
