Dr. Thomas B. Fleeter specializes in sports medicine as well as operative and non-operative procedures for arthritis of the hip and knee. At Town Center Orthopaedic Associates in Reston and Centreville, Virginia, his goal is to use the latest and most minimally invasive techniques when performing hip replacement or knee replacement and knee or shoulder arthroscopic surgery to allow patients a rapid return to a full and active life.
Dr. Fleeter has been practicing orthopaedics since 1984 in Reston and Centreville. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he earned his medical degree from Howard University School of Medicine in Washington, DC.
