    Dr Carter is very knowledgeable regarding compromised knees- and mine have had major issues for decades. With mri, X-rays, manipulation assessed situation, worked with me to creat a reasonable program to improve strength to protect knee without surgery

    This Doctor should be listed as the best orthopedic Doctor in Northern Va or possibly all of Va. Very professional, very intelligent, very knowledgeable. He explains things in terms you understand and isn’t watching his watch to get to his next patient. You may have to wait a little longer for him to come in due to this because he probably gets backed up due to this. Doctor Carter fixed my elbow, (tennis elbow) my daughter’s elbow, (injury from cheer) my son’s knee, and my son’s elbow. (Pitchers elbow) I would recommend Doctor Carter to anyone and everyone I know.
