Quite honestly, this was the best experience I have ever had at a medical office. Dr. Pateder performed back surgery on me 11 years ago. I recently had an injury and wanted to see if my back had been affected. I arrived at the appointment time, and was immediately handed a tablet to fill out all paperwork, which took about 2 minutes. I had just finished the paperwork and I was called back to the exam room. The nurse arrived immediately, asked a few questions and sent me to get a couple of x-rays. The X-Ray office was 10 steps from my exam room. The technician took my x-rays immediately and sent me back to the exam room. Within 1 minute, the Physician's Assistant arrived to review the x-rays (which were already in my chart) and let me know she thought my back was fine. She told me that Dr. Pateder would be in - and he was there within a minute. He confirmed my back was fine, told me that my pain was likely arthritis, and said he would provide me with a PT order. He answered all my questions and I didn't feel at all rushed. Once he left, the PT order arrived within a minute. From walking in the door to walking out the door, I was there less than 30 minutes, but feel that I had a very thorough experience. I didn't have to go elsewhere for x-rays and wait for results. This office is completely self-contained. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I told the nurse my dog had pulled me off my feet, which I thought might have affected my back. Everyone else I talked to knew about the dog accident - I did not have to repeat ANY information. They were all well informed. I'm still amazed at how well I was treated and how efficiently. I figured that looking into my back problem would be multiple visits and a lot of time. This office managed to put my mind at ease immediately. I could not recommend them higher.

The staff is fantastic and Drs Assistant is the best and Dr. is the best I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good thinks about my physician and husband , Dr.P is the excellent.
