Staff helpful comfortable office to wait

My experience with towncenter orthopedics is always great. I requested an appointment Sunday 4:30 and received a call and an email within 3 minutes for an appointment Monday morning at 9 am!! I literally waited 2 minutes in the lobby and was in doctor’s office. Dr Reeves is great in explaining everything and experience couldn’t be better from start to finish.

Dr. Berg is the gold standard, the ABSOLTE BEST! His approach to patient care is unparalleled. There should be more doctors like him. I went in with a swollen leg and knee pain. Instead of jumping to invasive options right out of the gate (which is what had I experienced another Dr.), Dr. Berg recommended follow up tests to rule out other possible issues which could have manifested in the same symptoms. He recommended PT while I was undergoing the other tests. All all test results coming in negative, Dr Berg explained three options for me and gave me the pros and cons of each. I left his office feeling more optimistic about the future and my own progress. Above all, I have confidence that if/when I need any intervention, I have found the right Dr for it. Thank you very much, Dr. Berg!

I went to see Dr Boyd for a second opinion about my osteoarthritic left knee. I knew I was going to be seeing him about this problem after the outstanding job he did on my wife’s two hip replacements. He was both more thoroughly informative and more encouraging about my knee treatment/replacement options than the other top rated knee surgeon I consulted. When the time comes, he will be the one I turn to.

Dr Boyd’s assistants are very sensitive and thorough. Dr Boyd has been my orthopedist going on 11 years. He is the BEST KNEE AND HIP surgeon and diagnostician I’ve ever known. You won’t be sorry if you use Dr Boyd. He is kind and considerate and genuinely cares for his patients.

Dr. Khoshnevisan most known as (Dr. K.) is very detailed and listens carefully to the problem, in my case, 'tennis elbow'. My elbow has been bothering me since the end of 2023 and physical therapy helped with improving the position of my hands while typing and other exercises but I still had issues. When I went to see Dr. K. he listened to my concern, evaluated and recommended to treat effectively and immediately. I left the office after having an injection and my elbow felt better after a few hours. Dr. K. also recommended to wear a brace which I am getting used to at least for some hours and it is making a huge difference. What a difference a day can make. Thank you Dr. K. Keep up the great job!

Fantastic experience. Dr Miller operated on my dupuytrens contracture. I previously had a Xiaflex shot and surgery on my hand. My hand is finally functional (18 years) after the procedure performed by Dr Miller. Jennifer and Emily were great during the rehab and occupational therapy. Highly recommend the entire team. What an amazing find of a surgeon! A surgeon who has both the skillset of a neurosurgeon and also an orthopedic surgeon. Tucked away in Towncenter Orthopedics in Reston, across from Reston Hospital Center is a practice which contains a wonderful practice of various surgical specialties. Dr Pateder works here and I had a wonderful second opinion consultation with him about an upcoming back surgery. Though he was running late for my appointment, he could already tell I was knowledgeable and we discussed the recommended procedure that he has been doing for years and currently does about 5-6 per week. I felt like a valued patient and I will be back to have him perform my surgery. He was recommended from a friend who had surgery with him, so I already knew he was tops in his field. If you need surgery involving the spine or any discs or vertebrae, schedule an appointment with Dr. Pateder. You won't go wrong and I highly recommend him.

Very efficient office, all requested information was on on a tablet, no waste of paper. Waited less than 15 minutes to see Dr Seal. Dr Seal had been my doctor for quite awhile, I had a fusion in my lower back, surgery went fine, and recovery and expectations of relief were right on. Years later had to have plates in my neck, another success. Dr Seal takes his time to ask questions and answer questions. Show you your x-rays and explain them. Dr Seal is the only doctor I trust when it comes to surgery on my back.
