Dr Boyd is friendly and professional. He listens to you, with eye contact , and answers your questions. I did not have any sense that he was rushing through my appointment (as I have experienced with some doctors). I would definitely recommend Dr. Boyd

I went to see Dr Boyd for a consult on knee replacement and it was a very smooth process. The Dr was very helpful and informative and the staff very friendly

From the time I arrived at the clinic, I was greeted and taken care of professionally by the receptionist. The wait to see Dr. Boyd didn’t take long even though I had to get some X-rays taken. Dr. Boyd was very specific and thorough on what my issue was and what needs to be done to resolve it.

We had a very positive experience with our first appointment with TCO. Reception was helpful and nice. Dr. Boyd was friendly and thorough. We will recommend TCO to our friends and family. We have followup appointments and hopefully help with our orthopedic issues.

Dr. Boyd is the best, both in the office and in surgery. He has helped me avoid knee replacement and has replaced both of my husband's knees over the past 7 years. I have recommended him to several people and they all have only good things to say.

This Doctor should be listed as the best orthopedic Doctor in Northern Va or possibly all of Va. Very professional, very intelligent, very knowledgeable. He explains things in terms you understand and isn’t watching his watch to get to his next patient. You may have to wait a little longer for him to come in due to this because he probably gets backed up due to this. Doctor Carter fixed my elbow, (tennis elbow) my daughter’s elbow, (injury from cheer) my son’s knee, and my son’s elbow. (Pitchers elbow) I would recommend Doctor Carter to anyone and everyone I know.

Unfortunately, I've been a "frequent flyer" at Town Center Orthopedic ever since I was diagnosed in 2010 with degenerative disc disease. Because of the expert care by Dr Pateder then, I've been returning. Dr Dasgupta is their new pain management Dr, and, granted, we only met yesterday, he's meeting my high expectations. Hopefully, I will never see him again but it is good know he's there for me.

Dr. Dasgupta is fantastic! He's one of the few pain management doctors that actually "listens" to his patients. Very knowledgeable, personable and kind, but I've come to expect from all of the doctors from Towncenter Ortho. Thank you Dr. Dasgupta for your help.

Dr. Khoshnevisan was very professional and helpful: I had seen a previous doctor who told me that my wrist/hand pain was due to anxiety and that it I was making it up, and Dr. Khoshnevisan and his staff were extremely quick and efficient in diagnosing me with carpal tunnel syndrome. The office was really clean and the staff was super friendly! Highly recommend!!

I initially visited Dr. Miller for some wrist pain I was experiencing. He took the time to talk with me about the issue, and answered all my questions. He was very detail oriented and explained everything to me. He gave me some suggestions on what I can do to help the pain. He gave me some exercises to try and then I followed up with him a month later, which was just recent. Thankfully, the exercises he had me do helped. Great bedside manner. After my follow up visit, he gave me more suggestions on what to do to avoid the wrist pain from coming back. He has two offices and he does book fast. You can make your appointments online on his website. I got in faster by going to the Centerville office. My follow up was in the Ashburn office because that one was closer. I highly recommend Dr. Miller for any hand/wrist issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dhruv Pateder for several years, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best orthopedic specialists I've encountered. Yesterday, I received a spinal injection from him to address the persistent pain I've been experiencing over the past two weeks. Dr. Pateder thoroughly explained that it would take 24 to 48 hours for the treatment to take full effect, which demonstrates his commitment to setting realistic expectations for his patients. While the pain is still present, I am reassured by the consistent care and professionalism that Dr. Pateder has always provided. His expertise and patient-focused approach make him an outstanding physician, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of orthopedic care.

I have had a cervical fusion and lower back surgery with Dr. Pateder. I’ve had 2 other well known local spinal surgeons previously and Dr. Pateder is the best.

Those with back and leg pain certainly hope that they will never require spinal surgery. If required, however, making the decision to move forward with surgery is one of the most serious decisions you will ever be faced with. When it comes to any surgery of the spine, failure is not an option. In my case, I have a secret weapon. His name is Dr. Dhruv Pateder. His online vitae does not do him justice. You will be hard pressed to find any surgeon as skilled and on the forefront in the practice as he is. In fact, he teaches the leading-edge procedures that he has perfected to other aspiring surgeons. But on a personal level, what I love about Dr. Pateder is his kind and caring demeanor and the confidence that he provided to me as his patient in deciding to move forward with the surgical procedures that I had. If you are ever faced with the decision that I had to make, I can only hope that you have Dr. Pateder on your side. Everyone on Dr. Pateder’s team is nothing short of excellent. Among them is Matt Anderson. Post-surgery, Matt hand-delivered the ActaStim device to my home. Being only 3 weeks out since my surgical procedures were performed, I was naturally apprehensive about using any device on my back. Matt went through all the details pertaining to the purpose of the device and how to effectively use it. As Matt was showing me step-by-step how to use the new device, he had me repeat each step. I appreciated the hands on learning and his patience during this process. Matt was very supportive, thorough and extremely encouraging! At the end of our meeting, he gave me his phone number and asked that I call him with any concerns, questions or if I needed any supplies. Matt said he would be happy to stop by my home with the needed items. He exceeded my expectations and took the sting out of my apprehension. Thank you, Matt!
