    Dr. Bradley Boyd has been my doctor for over two years. Both left and right knee replacement surgeries in the last two years. Hip surgery later this summer and possibly the other hip later in the year. To say I have and will trust him with my life is a sincere statement. He is patience , answering questions about the condition and expectations for treatment without rushing through leaving concerns about your health. Jessica is his assistant both in the office and surgeries. She is knowledgeable, patient, and a great PA that is a compliment to Dr. Boyd’s practice.     My experience was and is actually with Town Center Orthopedics in Reston, VA. I was referred to this group for physical therapy following a knee replacement by Dr Bradley Boyd . I chose the Reston location because it was close to our house. The physical therapy started 2 days after the operation. I have been extremely happy and impressed with the team at Town.Center Orthopedics Physical Therapy in Reston. From my lead therapist Laura Higgins to Rachel, another therapist who also worked with me and the assistants Michelle, Sarah, Lilly, Aranya (spelling?), they were so knowledgeable, patient, supportive and positive that I made a lot of progress from day 1. They watched my pain level, comfort and ease with each exercise but also pushed me to do better. In addition to the in-person outpatient PR, I was also asked to download an app which had exercises that I could and should do at home on a daily basis. I will miss my PT team when I will leave them soon. I strongly recommend Town Center Orthopedics and especially the team in Reston Physical Therapy.

    I have received excellent care from two Dr.s at this Clinic. Dr. Boyd replaced both my knees, six months apart. One year later, I have a normal, pain free life again. Dr. Miyamoto gave me excellent advice and guidance for my shoulder. He speaks directly, but with care and compassion for pain. All PA’s are friendly and listen carefully. The hard-working support staff are efficient and helpful. I can honestly recommend Town Center Orthopedics.

    This entire practice is top notch. My son broke his arm over a weekend and an actual human answered on a Saturday and made us an appointment for first thing Monday. We first met with Dr. Fleeter who could not have been more caring, kind, funny and empathetic. When he realized the case might be more suited to his partner Dr. Carter he contacted him via text and reached him just post surger. Dr Carter came straight from the hospital to see us and spent so much time explaining the pros and cons of surgery. He made us feel heard and Dr Fleeter also continued to check in throughout the visit. Dr Carter fit us in for his last case of the day and operated that very night. They truly worked magic to pull this all together. During the surgery Dr Carters nurse called us twice to give updates and post surgery even though it was so late and such a long day for the doctor, he still spent an amazing amount of time explaining every detail of the procedure and next steps. I also can’t say enough great things about Reston Hospitals entire staff. The intake nurses, anesthesia, OR nurses and post op were so sincere and kind. Post surgery morning Dr Carter called bright and early and asked thoughtful questions and provided great guidance and his assistant Fatima called right away when I had a question. If you have a need that requires outstanding care expertise and attention then you’ve chosen the right practice. I have every confidence my son will heal quickly and correctly thanks to this amazing team!

    Unfortunately, I've been a "frequent flyer" at Town Center Orthopedic ever since I was diagnosed in 2010 with degenerative disc disease. Because of the expert care by Dr Pateder then, I've been returning. Dr Dasgupta is their new pain management Dr, and, granted, we only met yesterday, he's meeting my high expectations. Hopefully, I will never see him again but it is good know he's there for me.

    I have been a patient of Dr. Ryan Miyamoto for 12 years and wouldn't go to anyone else for the issues he treats. After only having one visit with Dr. Dr. Charles Seal I can tell that has the same compassion and interest in his patients. They never make you feel rushed.

    I am from out of town (phoenix) . I recently had rotator-cuff surgery and had slipped , catching myself with the surgery arm . Couldn't lift it . Luckily my Phoenix Dr. highly recommended Dr. Miyamoto i was seen within 3 days not being his patient . I would highly recommend him , he is friendly, listening to my concerns . Sending me for MRI , If I lived in Va full-time i would definitely choose him as my surgeon . 10 out of 10 .

    Dr Naqvi saw me on short notice after a knee injury - my regular orthopedic doctor was in surgery all day, and fit me in 24 hours before international travel. Quickly reviewed x-rays and came to a prompt diagnosis. Prescribed some medications to help, and kept me informed every step of the way. All of the doctors at TCO are AMAZING!

    I’ve been going to Town Center for the past few years due to some injuries I’ve received playing soccer. They have always been extremely professional and knowledgeable. This time I met with Dr. Naqvi for a knee injury. He was able to explain to me in great detail about my injury and provided me with a detailed plan of how we’ were going to address my injury.     Dr. Naqvi thoroughly examined my sore leg and explained clearly his analysis of my condition. He recommended a physical therapy regimen and wanted to follow up on my progress in six weeks.     I had a wonderful experience at Town Center Orthopedics, in Ashburn! The location itself is hassle-free/not a headache and the facility was clean…which to me says a lot about the practice. The whole intake process was seemless - the receptionist was very nice and friendly, the xray tech was also very nice, and the physicians assistant was great also! Dr. Pateder himself was wonderful! He’s warm, actually takes the time to talk to/listen to you and I felt like he genuinely cared. Top to bottom, I would definitely recommend this location!

    I had back surgery (TLIF procedure) performed by Dr. Pateder on February 12, 2024. I was not only in great pain from spinal stenosis (3,4 & 5 vertebrae), I began to have added difficulty walking due to the pain in my hip as well. Both were related. Today, 10weeks later, while I continue to attend Physical Therapy (PT), I do not suffer the pain in my lower back nor my hip that I was enduring for so long. I know this is a long rehabilitation process but I get stronger everyday. If you’ve been dealing with low back pain, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Pateder. He is very thoughtful and candid in his communication and his staff is also exceptionally supportive and kind. (I might add that my “at home” PT was provided by “Goodwin Home Health” and they were enthusiastically supportive in their care of my needs.)

    I was feeling desperate. I had been to urgent care and then ER. In the ER they gave me Dr.Seal’s name. Even with new meds from ER, I was having severe spasms and could barely walk! I had called the orthopedist I had been to. 7 weeks was first available appointment! I could go to their ER in DC. I called Dr. Seal’s office. I was seen the very next morning! He and his nurse were great! They really listened! I had X-rays and he wanted a new MRI as mine was a year old. Nurse said if I couldn’t get in quick, call her!
