Great quick service knee feels better overnight amazing

I injured my leg on Father’s Day and had it looked at by a local Urgent Care type facility Sunday evening who could not treat my injury—recommending I see an orthopedic doctor soon. Sunday night, I called Towne Center for an appointment (as I have been a patient of Dr. David Miller from Towne Center for some hand issues). I was able to get a 9:45am appointment Monday morning with Dr. Berg. I arrived just before 9:30 for my appointment and checked in at the front desk. No sooner than I sat down they had called me back to the examining room. After a brief discussion with a nurse, I had X-rays performed to confirm no broken bones. Dr. Berg then came in and confirmed I had no broken bones and he listened to me as I explained what happened. After that, he examined my leg and foot and was able to determine that I had torn my Achilles tendon. Dr. Berg then explained my options to address the injury—surgery or let my body heal itself. Both options would require a similar recovery time and at my age (60+), would have similar outcomes. We chatted about each option a bit more and I was comfortable that the non-surgical approach appealed to me the most. Dr. Berg and his staff then got to work placing my lower leg in a cast. He explained the recovery process and I made a follow up appointment to have the cast removed. I found all the staff to be very attentive and comforting to speak with. I did not feel rushed at all during my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Berg and his team at Towne Place Orthopedics. Oh and the best part, I was in and out in 90 minutes—consult, tests, diagnosis, treatment option discussion, and placing the cast on my leg—all in 90 minutes!

Doctor was great! He did an exceptional job explaining all the options for my knee. He was a bit humorous and visual about it all too! Best of all the injection I received from him was painless and it worked! I would recommend Dr Jeff Berg to everyone who needs medical advice for knee issues.

All the staff were very friendly, and in particular, my doctor, Dr. Berg, explained in detail about my symptoms of suffering after a car accident. He also gave clear guidance on follow-up measures according to symptoms. I trust him and strongly recommend him
