Awesome experience!! From start to finish very professional! The administrative staff was welcoming and extremely helpful with virtually no waiting at any point during the visit. Dr. Reeves was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the knee replacement and recovery process. At no time did I feel like I was being rushed through the visit. I would definitely recommend Town Center Orthopedics as my experience could not have been better. Extremely impressed!!

This was my 1st visit here. Staff was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. An excellent outer office and assistant. Dr Reeves' bustling manner at first suggests that he'll be short and dismissive, but he was instead attentive & concerned. He listened patiently and answered fully, even when I was unreasonable. This uncommon attitude instills trust. While not warm & fuzzy, my experience was satisfying and complete. I wholeheartedly recommend this office staff & Dr Reeves at 5-stars.

His explanation of my procedure was detailed and thorough. Nick, who performed the intake was also amazing. Again, took his time and was very patient with my multitude of questions.
