Megan RamsdenOperations Manager
Megan Ramsden is a Registered Nurse with a background in orthopedic and spine care, bringing experience across both inpatient and surgical settings. She began her nursing career in 2018 on an orthopedic and spine postoperative unit, where she developed a strong clinical foundation before advancing into leadership as a nurse manager in acute care.
In 2022, Megan transitioned into the operating room as a circulator and progressed into Charge Nurse and Clinical Coordinator roles. She is passionate about improving workflows, supporting staff, and building systems that enhance both patient care and team performance.
Megan’s leadership journey began early - she left home at 17 to serve in the United States Marine Corps, where she developed the discipline, resilience, and team-focused mindset that continue to shape her approach to healthcare leadership. She plans to begin pursuing her MBA this fall as she continues to grow her career in healthcare operations.
Originally from Sterling, Virginia, Megan returned to Northern Virginia after years of travel during her military service to raise her three children. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and caring for animals.
