    This Doctor should be listed as the best orthopedic Doctor in Northern Va or possibly all of Va. Very professional, very intelligent, very knowledgeable. He explains things in terms you understand and isn’t watching his watch to get to his next patient. You may have to wait a little longer for him to come in due to this because he probably gets backed up due to this. Doctor Carter fixed my elbow, (tennis elbow) my daughter’s elbow, (injury from cheer) my son’s knee, and my son’s elbow. (Pitchers elbow) I would recommend Doctor Carter to anyone and everyone I know.

    Unfortunately, I've been a "frequent flyer" at Town Center Orthopedic ever since I was diagnosed in 2010 with degenerative disc disease. Because of the expert care by Dr Pateder then, I've been returning. Dr Dasgupta is their new pain management Dr, and, granted, we only met yesterday, he's meeting my high expectations. Hopefully, I will never see him again but it is good know he's there for me.

    I had severe knee pain after a motor vehicle accident which did not respond to physical therapy. Dr Fleeter is an avid cyclist and the assured me he could repair my knee and would alleviate my knee pain. He repaired my knee, took away my pain and I have resumed bicycling for charitable causes. I’m now living my best life in SW FL with daily activities. Thank you Dr Fleeter!

    I am beyond thrilled with this office I traveled over an hour for this appointment. They came highly recommended after not getting any answers or help from my original Dr/surgeon. From the ladies at the front desk, who were tremendously helpful on the phone through booking and answering all my questions to the nurse that checked me in to even the x-ray tech. They went above and beyond to help me while staying professional the entire time.     Although Dr. K was running behind, after getting into an exam room, I could understand why. The level of care I received was excellent. The nurses were extremely kind and thorough. Dr. K was amazing. I never felt rushed. It never felt like he was in a rush either. He took the time to examine my situation carefully, explain options, and help me decide on the best course of action rather than just telling me how it was gonna be.     I initially visited Dr. Miller for some wrist pain I was experiencing. He took the time to talk with me about the issue, and answered all my questions. He was very detail oriented and explained everything to me. He gave me some suggestions on what I can do to help the pain. He gave me some exercises to try and then I followed up with him a month later, which was just recent. Thankfully, the exercises he had me do helped. Great bedside manner. After my follow up visit, he gave me more suggestions on what to do to avoid the wrist pain from coming back. He has two offices and he does book fast. You can make your appointments online on his website. I got in faster by going to the Centerville office. My follow up was in the Ashburn office because that one was closer. I highly recommend Dr. Miller for any hand/wrist issues.

    I am from out of town (phoenix) . I recently had rotator-cuff surgery and had slipped , catching myself with the surgery arm . Couldn't lift it . Luckily my Phoenix Dr. highly recommended Dr. Miyamoto i was seen within 3 days not being his patient . I would highly recommend him , he is friendly, listening to my concerns . I got injections from him in my shoulder and have had them by other doctors in the past and he BY FAR was the gentlest. I had little to no pain from the actual injection and that was so refreshing. Highly recommend this practice, especially Dr.Miyamoto.

    Dr. Pateder is an amazing doctor. I’ve had several injections of cortisone. The first two lasted 8 months and I've just had another three injections which were painless.     I was feeling desperate. I had been to urgent care and then ER. In the ER they gave me Dr.Seal’s name. Even with new meds from ER, I was having severe spasms and could barely walk! I had called the orthopedist I had been to. 7 weeks was first available appointment! I could go to their ER in DC. I called Dr. Seal’s office. I was seen the very next morning! He and his nurse were great! They really listened! I had X-rays and he wanted a new MRI as mine was a year old. Nurse said if I couldn’t get in quick, call her! Dr. Seal was not rushed, he showed compassion and he made a plan! I was so grateful to get the care I needed! He was fantastic in my book!
