I absolutely love Dr. Miyamoto as my orthopedic surgeon. He replaced my left shoulder 2yrs ago and I am back for my right. I was so impressed with his surgical skills and his professionalism, I am driving 4hrs to have him do this surgery!

My xrays showed that I have arthritis in my shoulders.... Doc Miyamoto and i discussed options. He suggested we try cortizone injections first along with an anti-inflammatory. He provided me with a lot of insight into shoulder replacement. Fingers crossed the injections work until next spring. I will feel very comfortable with him performing my replacement surgery.

I did not get to see Dr. Ryan as he was very busy. I’m not upset about that, I just needed a doctor to tell me what was happening with my elbow. Although, I do love Dr. Ryan. Dr. Drew attended to me and was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I feel I got wonderful service by the reception staff, the PA and Dr. Drew. All at this practice are friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. I don’t plan to go anywhere else for my Orthopedic needs.

TCO was great for me. The staff was pleasant at check-in. Nice office space. Dr Miyamoto explained everything so my brother and I understood what to expect with a shoulder replacement using three shoulder model parts to explain my situation. Mary Ward is my email life-line so any questions I have filter through her to Dr Miyamoto till my procedure is done, I like that.

Great doctors who really listen and take the time to figure out what’s wrong. And I always appreciate surgeons whose first choice isn’t to cut you open. They choose healthy, conservative routes when appropriate. Great care overall!

I was having trouble with my hip. After a few weeks on the computer, I knew I needed expert advice on what to do. Dr Miyamoto was on time, courteous and polite, he was pretty sure that it was bursitis but wanted to be sure with an X-ray. One shot did the trick! Thank you Doctor!!!

Dr. Miyamoto looked at my shoulder and explained in detail the reason for the pain I was having and recommended a course of action. He was able to treat the pain issue during my visit and the following day the pain was gone. No doubt one of the best visits I have ever had with any Doctor! I highly recommend Dr Miyamoto as a Shoulder Specialist.

Dr. Miyamoto studied my MRI before he came into the exam room, and he gave me 100% attention. Although not what I wanted to hear, he explained that I would need a procedure to repair torn hip tendons - an open hip gluteus medius and minimus (abductor) repair with a graft. I had had cortisone shots and PT, but they were no longer effective. However, the need to repair with an extensive surgical intervention was unexpected. Dr. Miyamoto highlighted the relevance of his explanation for the need for surgery from my MRI. Dr. Miyamoto was not rushed at all and willing to answer any questions. He was very honest about the possible success of the surgery. I was kind of in shock with all this information, so I will return with my questions for more specifics and have my husband join me. Dr. Miyamoto’s staff was very pleasant.
