Wow, I've been here before and just loved every " kid" who really helped this very old lady I'm 86 and back to them again. I'm so lucky to have Camille for my primary coach. I put up such a "stink"because they weren't going to get to me until April but I am free to take cancellations so they are already treating me. I'm so happy and working so hard that I'm not going to take the heavy duty pain relief. This is an unbelievably great physical therapy organization.

What an amazing find of a surgeon! A surgeon who has both the skillset of a neurosurgeon and also an orthopedic surgeon. Tucked away in Towncenter Orthopedics in Reston, across from Reston Hospital Center is a practice which contains a wonderful practice of various surgical specialties. Dr Pateder works here and I had a wonderful second opinion consultation with him about an upcoming back surgery. Though he was running late for my appointment, he could already tell I was knowledgeable and we discussed the recommended procedure that he has been doing for years and currently does about 5-6 per week. I felt like a valued patient and I will be back to have him perform my surgery. He was recommended from a friend who had surgery with him, so I already knew he was tops in his field. If you need surgery involving the spine or any discs or vertebrae, schedule an appointment with Dr. Pateder. You won't go wrong and I highly recommend him.

Dr P is an outstanding doctor. I visited 5 doctors about my back pain and he is the only one who really listened. When I went to have my three level back fusion, he determined that during the surgery he only needed to doing a two level. I don’t there is a doctor in the world who would have done this. If you are considering back surgery make sure you visit him before making you final decision.

Dr. Pateder confirmed, as a second opinion, that my spine problem was as identified by a previous PA. This relieved me because the 1st diagnosis did not involve a doctor and Dr. Patederhas the knowledge and experience to relive my society on my back issua. Honestly it was probably the best medical visit I've ever had. Fast check-in, seen within 5min of my appointment time, instant vitals, then x-rays, PA, then Doc -- I never waited more than 2min between people helping me. Dr. Pateder was working at a disadvantage at my recent first appointment as AC was not working on a hot summer day. Despite that he conducted assessment of my symptoms, x-rays, and ordered an MRI to more deeply evaluate for a targeted plan of action. He as well as staff was so competent and helpful, made first appointment fruitful as foundation of next step which hopefully is plan for wellness , that every patient desires, confidently based on that demonstrated competency and care.

Went to Town Center Orthopedics and met with Dr Pateder. First impression of the practice is it is a high volume practice with an extremely well run front end. Before I met with the doctor I progressed through the front desk to pre-screen and X-ray stages of my visit with each handoff performed seamlessly, very profession while also offering an human touch along the way. I think what helps is that every person I met with pre- doctor was top of their game and knew exactly what their role was and what the process was. Then I met with Dr Pateder and he calls up my e rays and diagnosis the situation and comes up with a plan, all while engaging and listening to me along the way. Then the check out process person closed the deal with helping me set up PT sessions. I am close to 60 yrs old so I have been through a number of doctor offices over the years. Not very often do you get a well run office and support team coupled with a top notch doctor. The rock solid Town Center Orthopedics team coupled with Dr Pateder made for one of my best Doc visit ever. Thanks to the doc and his team for taking such good care of me. Although I was probably #100 that day I felt like I was #1.

You'll probably experience a wait for him unless you book first thing. This is my second time visiting Dr. Miller and he diagnosed my hand issue right away. Personable and knowledgeable. You won't be sorry booking an appt with him.

My first visit with Dr Miller was way back five years ago. I am very impressed with the staff and how caring and knowledgeable Dr. Miller is! I just had my second visit yesterday (July 25, 2023), with Dr. Miller. I had pain with my left wrist. He wasn’t in a hurry and took the time to make sure I understood treatment options for my left wrists. Has the latest equipment to provide accurate treatment. I am so thankful, and I highly recommend him with his expertise to anyone needing treatment. PS: Dr. David R. Miller also perform surgery of my husband Right Hand 8 years ago and that was successful procedure.

Dr Patedar is kind, thorough and patient. My ACDF surgery (anterior cervical dissection and fusion) for L4 through L7 went very smoothly. Reston Hospital anesthesiologists controlled my pain and I had little to no nausea afterward. It’s been 20 hours since the surgery and I have very little pain in my neck, no pain in my arm and can walk up and down the hospital hall. Kudos to Dr Patedar, his staff and the hospital staff.
