I initially visited Dr. Miller for some wrist pain I was experiencing. He took the time to talk with me about the issue, and answered all my questions. He was very detail oriented and explained everything to me. He gave me some suggestions on what I can do to help the pain. He gave me some exercises to try and then I followed up with him a month later, which was just recent. Thankfully, the exercises he had me do helped. Great bedside manner. After my follow up visit, he gave me more suggestions on what to do to avoid the wrist pain from coming back. He has two offices and he does book fast. You can make your appointments online on his website. I got in faster by going to the Centerville office. My follow up was in the Ashburn office because that one was closer. I highly recommend Dr. Miller for any hand/wrist issues.

Dr. Miller is one of the best Hand/Wrist and Upper Extremity Surgeons in Northern Virginia. His surgery on both carpal tunnels was excellent. I totally recommend him.

Dr. David Miller is an exceptionally competent orthopedic hand/wrist upper extremity surgeon whom I’ve known for many years. I recently fractured my distal radius on Sep 1 & was able to get in to see him the next day on Labor Day. I then had surgery the following Thursday of that week. Dr.Miller has a kind warm demeanor with great interpersonal communication skills. He listened attentively to my concerns & provided personalized treatment that yielded a positive outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Miller for any surgical procedure regarding hand wrist or upper extremity. He is the absolute Best in the DMV area!!!

Dr Miller was great! I have Dupuytrens in my right hand and he was very reassuring about treatment for it if it ever advanced.

Dr. Miller provided excellent care for my broken wrist. He guided that care with respect to my personal desires in presenting all the options that were reasonable. He gave me the time and space before I ultimately decided to have surgery. Dr. Miller made my surgical procedure and follow-up care as easy as was possible. Given all of Dr. Miller's experience, I was already confident that my surgical outcome would be a great one. I highly recommend Dr. Miller if ever in the unfortunate circumstance similar to mine. You won't be disappointed.

Very impressed with Doctor Miller. Very professional, very experienced, exceptional customer service. The doctor took time to answer my questions, examine my problem and then explain in detail what the problem was and what my options were. He and his nurse provided excellent customer care that isn't experienced with other doctors. I definitely highly recommend him and his exceptional staff.

Dr Miller is an amazing dr. Not only did he take care of my hands but he also immediately addressed what could be described as the perfect storm after my first follow up visit. Dr Miller took the time out of his extremely busy day to personally call and email and resolve the issue. I can’t say enough about Dr Miller as a Dr. but his care about his patients experience.

Dr Miller is a very skilled Surgeon and I have worked in hospitals and surgery centers for 30 years. He has a very compassionate demeanor as well.

The reception staff was friiendly and curteous. The medical staff was as well The medical staff was also professional and efficient. Dr Miller was on time, quick (he talks quite fast), professioal and knowledgeable. He chose a conservative course for me. I like that. Highly recommend.

First of all the front desk staff was excellent!! They were friendly and professional.. The wait in the waiting room was less than 15 minutes, it allowed me time to take care of the new patient check in process. That was the first great thing! The second was when Dr. Millers assistant did the basic info gathering he asked real questions not the fluff questions. He got directly to the point! The last was when Dr. Miller came into the exam room, he was extremely professional polite and real. He explained things so I could understand them! He also explained the process with details to the process to the repairs needed. Dr. Miller is my kind of Dr. straight shooter. He made me feel like he was in control and this issue is fixable in time! Thank you Dr. Miller.

My experience with Dr. Miller and assistant staff was a very good one. My right wrist had a growth about the size of a marble and was painful when touched. Dr. Miller ordered an X-ray and determined that I had tendinitis. He gave me an injection and the next day I no pain and have had none since, and the growth is shrinking fast. In my opinion he is very knowledgeable about his field of medicine and is also a caring person.

Dr. David Miller is a skilled hand surgeon, and a compassionate and caring doctor. He has relieved pain in my hands with injections and ultimately surgery, and I am so grateful for his excellent care.

Fantastic experience. Dr Miller operated on my dupuytrens contracture. I previously had a Xiaflex shot and surgery on my hand. My hand is finally functional (18 years) after the procedure performed by Dr Miller. Jennifer and Emily were great during the rehab and occupational therapy. Highly recommend the entire team. His PA (I think her name was Anatola) was personable and professional. She's the one who actually did the injection. Dr. Miller was extraordinary in listening to my issues and address each one in a very comprehensive manner.

Dr. Miller was speedy and extremely knowledgeable about my mom’s trigger finger. We were in and out in about 10 minutes tops and left with information about it as well. Loved the visit! Staff was friendly and patient.

I needed hand surgery and found Dr Miller on-line. He was listed as one of the best hand surgeons in the metropolitan area. His establishment is professional and the staff are friendly and compassionate. Dr. Miller is very knowledgeable in his field and immediately assessed what treatment was necessary. He and his staff explained to me what to expect and how to care for my hand post-op and what symptoms to beware of. Reading materials were readily available before the surgery and provided for after the surgery. The establishment is very thorough in preparing patience throughout the entire experience. I would not go anywhere else.

From the time that I arrived at Dr Miller’s office, I was welcomed with his professional staff who helped me through the registration process. They were very organized and friendly and had my hand ex-rayed right on their premises. Right after that, Dr Miller and his assistant came in where he examined my injury and explained in simple terms what had happened to my finger and how to remedy the injury and get it healed. It has only been two days and thepain has been substantially subsided and I have begun getting the range of motion in my thumb. All my visit and X-ray and treatment including an injection was done within one hour. Dr Miller is very competent, friendly and helpful in explaining the medical terms in a way that anyone would understand. I give Dr Miller and his Staff a Ten Plus! Extremely positive experience.
