This Doctor should be listed as the best orthopedic Doctor in Northern Va or possibly all of Va. Very professional, very intelligent, very knowledgeable. He explains things in terms you understand and isn’t watching his watch to get to his next patient. You may have to wait a little longer for him to come in due to this because he probably gets backed up due to this. Doctor Carter fixed my elbow, (tennis elbow) my daughter’s elbow, (injury from cheer) my son’s knee, and my son’s elbow. (Pitchers elbow) I would recommend Doctor Carter to anyone and everyone I know.

Love town center and dr aaron

I had a very nasty fall and went other places for treatment just to be told that I was fine. A month later still in pain, the doctors here immediately pinpoint the problem and started treatment. Thank goodness for Town Center Orthopedics.

Dr Carter provided a lot of information about the options available for relieving my knee pain. I chose an injection; it was only slightly uncomfortable. Improvement has been quick.

Dr. Carter did a great job explaining what was wrong with my knee and how he was going to help me. I still have a long way to go but so far the practice has been kind, understanding and professional. I am almost healed now but I wanted to say that Dr. Carter answered all my questions, and I always have many. He explained what was going on and how I was doing. I am extremely happy with the care I have recieved. I am still in physical therapy and have nothing but good things to say about that part of the practice as well. Everyone is so polite and happy to help!
