Staff helpful comfortable office to wait

My experience with towncenter orthopedics is always great. I requested an appointment Sunday 4:30 and received a call and an email within 3 minutes for an appointment Monday morning at 9 am!! I literally waited 2 minutes in the lobby and was in doctor’s office. Dr Reeves is great in explaining everything and experience couldn’t be better from start to finish.

Dr. Berg is the gold standard, the ABSOLTE BEST! His approach to patient care is unparalleled. There should be more doctors like him. I went in with a swollen leg and knee pain. Instead of jumping to invasive options right out of the gate (which is what had I experienced another Dr.), Dr. Berg recommended follow up tests to rule out other possible issues which could have manifested in the same symptoms. He recommended PT while I was undergoing the other tests. All all test results coming in negative, Dr Berg explained three options for me and gave me the pros and cons of each. I left his office feeling more optimistic about the future and my own progress. Above all, I have confidence that if/when I need any intervention, I have found the right Dr for it. Thank you very much, Dr. Berg!

Expert in shoulder diagnosis

I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Berg and his staff. Dr. Berg cured my shoulder. My shoulder pain went away after just one visit.

On top of the fact that Dr Berg is clearly very good at what he does, he is a very considerate doctor and thoroughly explains exactly what is happening and why in a very digestible manner. Have been treated by TC Ortho twice in last 5 years for two separate issues. Both times have been excellent. They are efficient, communicative and extremely knowledgeable. Most recently I was suffering from shoulder pain and mobility issues that other medical and physio professionals were never able to diagnose accurately. After months of frustration, I remembered I had been to TC years ago for my ankle injury and loved them. I scheduled an appt with Dr Berg and was able to be seen immediately. Within minutes, he knew exactly what was wrong and gave me all my treatment options. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend this practice. I would also like to note that the physical therapists and aides at their practice are the nicest, most attentive and knowledgeable ones I have ever worked with. They made going to physio 5x a week after my surgery extremely enjoyable. But most importantly, I was able to fully recover and regain full mobility of my shoulder.

Dr Berg is a pretty good orthopaedic. I had a tennis elbow and eventhough to get better it can take several months, with the treatment he recommended me, I was free of pain in few weeks.

Dr. Berg preformed surgery on my ruptured pectoralis major and got me back to 100% I will never forget what he has done for me.
