Sarah Bernstein is an occupational therapist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University. She received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2016 from Shenandoah University. Sarah specializes in the treatment of upper extremity injuries and conditions both pre-operatively and post-operative. Her special interests include the management of nerve and tendon injuries as well as orthosis fabrication.

Sarah spent three months at Town Center Orthopaedics in 2016 as a student during her last clinical rotation of graduate school. Following graduation from her Master’s program, Sarah began working at Town Center Orthopaedics in 2017.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys running and biking. She has competed in several marathons and triathlons including two Ironmans. She has two dogs, Hooch and Xena, that enjoy running and traveling with her and her husband. Sarah loves traveling and hiking. She is hoping to visit all of the National Parks.
