Madison Grehawick,
MOT, OTR/L

Madison Grehawick, MOT, OTR/L, is a certified occupational therapist who is passionate about upper extremity rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Marymount University in 2019 before completing her Master of Occupational Therapy at Messiah University in 2023. Madison holds a National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and is certified in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS).

Madison enjoys treating upper extremity injuries due to the complex anatomical nature of the hand, wrist, and elbow. She values problem-solving and collaborates with her patients to help them regain function and return to their daily activities. She provides care at the Fairfax and Reston locations.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time outdoors, taking walks with her dog and husband, visiting the lake, and connecting with family and friends.
