Jensey Barahona

Jensey Barahona, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in upper extremity orthopedic care. A Northern Virginia native, Jensey earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Marymount University.

Jensey joined Town Center Orthopaedics in 2025 and works directly with Dr. Khoshnevisan. She focuses on treating hand, wrist, and elbow injuries and conditions. She provides patient-centered care at the Reston, Fairfax, Centreville, and Ashburn locations. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jensey ensures comprehensive communication and quality care for a diverse patient population.

Before joining Town Center Orthopaedics, Jensey worked as a surgical nurse in Northern Virginia for six years, gaining extensive hands-on experience in perioperative care.

Outside work, Jensey enjoys spending time with her family, reading novels, and relaxing at the beach.
